This was the conversation going on in our van on the way home from school today:
Camryn (practicing spelling words for the upcoming bee for which she qualified): Mommy, spell "in fot u a shun".
Me: What? I've never heard that word. (It didn't sound like any word I'm familiar with!) Spell it.
C: INFATUATION.
M: Ohhhhh! Infatuation! Goodness! It sounded like you were saying "infahtuation" like you had a British accent. (Then I proceeded to attempt to speak like someone from Britain, and I accidentally said, "infaRtuation"...)
C: Bwahahahahaha! Mommy! You said INFARTUATION! What is that? Being in love with your poots?
Aiden (from the back of the van): I love MY poots! I don't like other people's poots, but mine smell goo-hoo-hood! Ahhhhhhhh... When I poot, I sniff, sniff, sniff so I can smell them!
C: If I poot when I'm under my covers, I lift the covers and fluff them so I can smell the poot.
A: Underwater poots are the best!
And the conversation went downhill from there until we were all coughing from laughing so hard.
Farts ARE funny!
