People always tell me that my kids look so much like me. I kinda sorta believe them, but I've had a hard time seeing the resemblance. I've always known that Aiden looks like me, because he favors my dad so much. The other three look like babies that were switched for our real children in the hospital nursery. Especially that Lillian. If she wasn't the only baby in the nursery with a plethora of hair, I would swear that I got the wrong kid at checkout time.
So here are my Doppleganger children. The one on the left is me, all late 70s hair and barrettes (the picture was taken in first grade). On the right is a picture of Camryn, taken this summer between 3rd and 4th grade.
And Aiden. Side by side I can see the strong resemblance.
Maybe tomorrow I'll show you how much Quinn favors my nephew, Christopher.
I know you can't wait.
