I asked my husband and my older daughter (8) to write acrostics about me. Here are their efforts:
Hubby's:
Beautiful
Economical shopper
Terrific wife
Homestyle cook
Camryn's (I asked her to do "mommy", but she said "Beth" was easier!)
Beautiful
Enchanting
Talented
Humble
Here's the one I did about myself:
Better at some things than others
Economical & frugal
Thinks of others
Has a wonderful family
And a randomly generated acrostic from Blogthings.com:
Beautiful
Enlightened
Tricky
Hardworking
Hmmmm... beautiful came up in 3 of the 4 acrostics above. Granted, one was randomly generated by the computer (but, I DO sit in front of it practically all day, so maybe it knows me, huh?) I never think of myself as beautiful.
Enlightened, yea, though I could stand to be enlightened by about 100 more pounds. Oh, not what that means? Hm.
Tricky? Sometimes. I think moms have to be (wives, too!)
Hardworking. Darn straight.
But the one I love most of all?
Humble.
That daughter of mine. She's a sweetie.
