Overheard

I'm sittin' here on the couch with the laptop perched in my (what else?) lap. To my right at the front of the house sit the boys in my life: my hubby, my older son and his younger brother. They're all playing the new Indiana Jones Wii game that the hubby brought home from Game Stop today.

I've heard a lot of "Quinn! Drop out!" and some "Aiden! Drop in!"s and even a few, "Whoooooa! KEWWWWL!"s.

But one particular exchange made me laugh out loud.

Hubby: AIDEN! Stop wiggling! Aiden! Go right! Go right! Aiden! Good grief. JUST GO POOP. You're not thinking clearly!

And then Aiden trotted over to his bathroom, did his business, washed his hands, and went right back to playing.

Aiden: You were right, Daddy. Now I can concentrate!

(And I sincerely apologize for making 2 blogs in a row about potty habits. Seriously.)

Funny! I have a boy like that too. Would rather dance around doing a toilet dance than interrupt the game even if he's losing!
